gemaakt n.a.v. de oproep in de VPRO gids augustus 2003 Een sombere beschouwing van de wetenschap; lengte 75% van het origineel; en het loopt ook niet goed af. Expres komen de letters "uit" vaak voor. Het kan met Rotterdams, maar ook met Leids accent voorgedragen worden. Nòg Hollandser kan ik het echt niet maken...
 
As you may have noticed, this is a Dutch song. The Dutch broadcast society VPRO invited people to create a song either in praise of or mocking at science, the melody had to be well known in The Netherlands: preferably a Dutch song. I have chosen the melody of "Ketelbinkie": an old Dutch tearjerker. I also try to imitate a Rotterdam voice.
